Can you download a picture from your Samsung 8 to Xbox 360 for a profile pic?

I want to download a picture from my Samsung 8 to my Xbox 360. I want to use that picture as my profile picture not background. Is this possible to download a picture from my phone to Xbox 360 for profile?
