Can any Kind Person help ? I have never had Problems with My Surface since I bought it early last year. of late it has been rebooting with a blue error Screen and a restart Screen. I Dont Know if this is a Hardware or Software probelm. I have tried resetting it but it freezes when half way. Has any Body experienced this of late ? what may be the couse and solution.
