Error updating 3rd party apps

I just put my 950XL DS back in service to get the February update and update apps. I noticed that all the apps showing updates updated fine except two third-party apps (myTube and Monument Browser). They just throw an error message. Anyone else still on W10M seeing this?

(Error code is 80072F78, if that means anything to anyone.)
