IBM settles legal dispute with Microsoft's new diversity chief

Microsoft's new diversity chief will join Microsoft in July after settling a dispute with her former employer, IBM.

After suing to enforce a non-compete agreement, IBM has settled its dispute with Microsoft's new diversity chief, Lindsay-Rae McIntyre.
