My 950 started to reboot itself when it was idle (laying around). I started to read and tried:
1. New battery
2. Different SD-card
3. Paper under the battery
4. Soft and hard reset
5. Upgraded to fast ring 15254.249
6. Disabled glance
Nothing changed, the phone kept rebooting at irregular places and times. I could not detect a pattern.
I then remembered that I had changed a setting in the camera settings. I changed it back and since then not had a reboot.
The setting is the one that lets the phone detect if the camera button was pressed accidentally:
(sorry, only German screenshot):

I hope this helps people, it seems the detection is flawed and triggers random reboots.
