I'm trying to find an app or someway to stream music from a url. Normally when I was on ios or android frisky radio had a app that did this for me. Frisky radio has a way to change your setting so to stream from there website using url which is fine in edge until the phone locks and then it wont play in the back ground. I downloaded vlc app which has a network option to play from a url but also has no back ground playing so when the phone locks the music stream stops. So I either need to find a app that will play url's in the back ground or an app that will play .m3u files.
