1) Download .appx from XDA Facebook app needed - Post #8 to your phone
2) Put your phone to developer mode (Settings>Updates and Security>For Developers>Developer mode )
3) Open File explorer and find where you stored facebook appx, click on it, it should reinstall from there
4) Uninstall "official " FB app
5) Put your phone to normal mode (Settings>Updates and Security>For Developers>Apps form Windows Store)
6) enjoy
