Very slow loading anything and everything. Lost the sound yesterday and it was back today. Was watching a video on YouTube just now and after about a minute the screen went blank and "locking"????? appeared and the little circle just kept turning.
It takes forever and several tries to get a file to come up. I never asked for this upgrade. It sucks big time. I was very happy with the Windows 10 I had. What do I do now???????
