Tired of mobile Edge

On AU, Edge is slow and cumbersome, and so many problems with text sizing and other things. I rolled back to WP8.1 and was amazed how smooth and almost perfect IE.

On my surface with W10, i can use IE. Is there any way to sideload IE on w10m?
