Hi Guys
Having had the 640 for close on a year I decided to upgrade from 8.1 to 10. Now I don't get an audible alert when I receive emails (Outlook mail), only visual on the mail tile. WhatsApp, text message etc. all work fine.
I have searched on google for answers but up till now haven't been able to fix this issue. I have tried uninstalling the tile off the start screen, the app off quick status on the Lock screen. Gone through the system settings ( display, notifications, battery).
Can anybody help please.
