Why has my lumia 640 LTE suddely not taking voice reminders via ms band 2?

September 2016 ms band 2 hears voice command for reminders ok, phone wakes up, hears reminder and says 'ok, I'll remind you'. Now this is answered by - 'sorry about that, i did not hear anything' and Band 2 says 'Sorry, I don't support that yet!'
