why i can't restore my setting and apps on my 920

I baked my settings and apps and then I reset my phone.when it was done and was asked to log in with my Microsoft account for some reason I couldn't log in so I skipped it and i logged later but i couldn't seem to find the restore option in the settings or anywhere
