Display adapter to get

Windows Mixed Reality PC Check shows that i5-3470 in my desktop fills minimum requirements for mixed reality, but age-old Radeon (6850 - yeah, that old ;) ) is not up for the task.

MS lists Radeon RX-460 and RX-560 and nVidia GTX-960 and GTX-1050 as capable for ultra (90Hz) frame rate. Is there difference between 2GB and 4GB models?
Does anyone use one of those cards? Are they enough for MR?

Requirements for non-ultra (60Hz) look like mobile GPUs, what could be similar desktop display adapters, and does it make any sense to try to go lower than 100-150€ card?

Bonus question: is there any hope of getting 90Hz with 3rd gen i5 :D Is Mixed Reality @ 60Hz any good?
