Anyone know who glamour boy pictured here is?

I happened to be wandering past (and into) the Microsoft offices building in Lisbon. Went in to see if they had a store (nada). The security officer at the desk was talking on a phone. I asked if that was a Lumia 640 XL. From the stares I got, I might well have asked if she eats babies deep fried or pickled. She had no idea what it was in her hand, just something they forced her to use on the job.
Anywho... Glamour boy was getting the star treatment and they were taking his photo left/right, inside/outside, upside/downside. Big plastic smile on his face, but still I could tell he and his photog were a bit upset I dared take his photo with a schmeasley Lumia.
