Nokia Lumia 635 windows 10 mobile - os 10.0.14393.2126
when i go to Settings - Extras - Extras & Info I get the following error message Extras & Info can't be opened. An app update may be available in the Store. Have tried the store and not found the app. Also tried a soft reset, but still can't get into the Extra & Info area to find out more details about my phone.
How can I get this to work.
