what is the latest version of Windows Mobile for Lumia 950?

I have installed all the latest available uodates, restarted my new Lumia 950 several times.

On Settings > System > About...

I have this information:

Software: Windows 10 Mobile
Installed RAM: 3 GB
Version 1709
OS Build: 10.0.15254.313

Firmware revision number:
01078.00053.16236.350007

so do I have the absolute latest stable OS build?

Is it worth joining the Windows Insider Program at this late stage?
