Why is windows 10 being automatically downloaded onto computers?

After the Failure of Windows 8 for a small business computer, who in their rational mind can trust Microsoft that Win 10 will be any better of a product. I was able to stop the win 10 update on my computer but I have no options for windows updates now except to go with win 10 which I think is a failure and irrational business practice of Microsoft to be forcing consumers to purchase products on Microsoft's behalf thru coercion. After reviewing multiple complaints about the "forceful purchase" it is clear to see the perception that Microsoft is now giving to consumers is an Ultimate Failure of Customer Service. Microsoft is putting themselves first, NOT the customer, that is black and white. You can NOT twist Microsoft's intentions. Microsoft is exhibiting its own ideologies of service and product which is Extremely far from the realities of society's consumers wants and needs. In the criminal law field, Microsoft is now listed as a deviance, or behavior that does not conform with the norms of society. Now, I am NOT even close to being impressed with Microsoft for a second. Where is Microsoft's spokesperson? Where is their customer service skills? Why is Microsoft forcing Win 10 when Win 7 works Excellent? What kind of society does Microsoft think we are by leading us into ideology without first examining every aspect of the company and product prior to purchase? Let us all stand and demand a rational explanation from Microsoft!
