Albums have recently become locked up cannot be edited, no pics can be deleted any action results in following error popup repeatedly:

I made a new Album added few pics then like others it is locked no longer can be edited, deleted, or pics removed.
It's a lie that says it is busy uploading album, nothing is happening for several weeks.
