I don't like the pic that shows when computer first opens. How to change it?

Sometimes the computer ask me if I like a pic, do I want to see more of this type? I don't like and I am not seeing the question anymore. How to change please?
I know how to change my desktop display. It's the pic at log in that I want to change.
