I had the windows 10 update on my laptop but it failed the screen had lines running down the screen and now Windows 10 has stopped working completely so I have had to go back to my Windows 7 hard drive so that I have a computer.
It will not work have tried to repair and restore but no luck I think it is gone forever so it is back to Windows 7 for me!!
