Why won't my Venue 11 Pro 5130 complete it's log in

My Dell Venue 11 Pro 5130 tablet will not finish the logging in process. I have hard booted it by holding down the power button but that didn't work. I also shut down and removed the battery but it still will not finish the log in process.

Can anyone help me?
