Windows CE 6.5 remote desktop question

I have some scan guns (MC9200) with the 6.5 OS installed. When attempting to use the Remote Desktop program, I can connect to my terminal server (Server 08 R2). On previous scan guns (MC9190 and MC9090) running 6.0 and 5.0, I used to be able to modify the .rdp files so that I can alter the height and width of the screen. This allowed for a "magnified" look on the screen that was easier to read on a small scan gun screen.

Any idea on how I can accomplish the same feat on the new OS?
